The SP42 hydraulic vibratory compaction unit comes with a 42 inch diameter wheel and is designed for trenches up to 24 inches in width and will go down into the trench 34 inches. This unit is also capable of pivoting 7 degrees in either direction which makes it ideal for slopes.

The SP42 also has available optional extensions of three inches per side which will change a six inch wheel to a 12 inch wheel. These extensions are bolt-on and have a split-ring design which enables you to easily install them without removing the wheel.
